As you know from the previous blog entries and emails, OYYAM has undergone a restructure which will impact the ability of our staff to be as directly involved in the activities/meetings/programs of the parishes that make up Region II.
If there is an interest in pursuing calendar items or gatherings that we put on the calendar at our spring meeting, I would encourage those of you that are interested to work together to make it happen.
Please feel free to use this blog as a way to discuss and connect around this as it makes sense.
For the DRAFT calendar that we put together in the spring, please go to this link. Reminder that we decided to go with the "green" option of meetings so that there were more daytime meetings.
I did reach out to Adrianne Dyer at Kennedy Catholic HS for those that are involved in the Ministers of Youth gatherings. She said that she would work to avoid the dates we had in that calendar.
As appropriate and available, our staff will assist you with resources from our office. In particular, as we begin implementing our new staff structure, please contact Bridget Harris at 206.274.3175.
Remember that the Annual Fall Gathering is happening on Thursday, September 9 with the New Ministers Orientation on Wednesday, September 8, both at the Palisades.
