For those of us that are busy preparing for next year, a look back at last year might be a good way to start. The Center for Ministry Development has a good tool that you may be familiar with through your YouthWorks, Youth Ministry Access or Celebrate Youth resources but if you don't, they have given us permission to make that available to you on our blog.
